This coffee is processed rom the Shantawane Washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia. Shantawene can be found near the base of the Bombe mountain in Souther Ethiopia. This station pays premiums to smallholder farmers to deliver extremely high-quality and freshly picked cherries.
