The coffee farm owned by Eusebio Del Cid was acquired more than 100 year ago. Today it is managed by the Third and Fourth generation of the Del Cid Family, currently ran by Paco. Finca El Jardin is officially located in the Fraijanes Plateau region, close to Pacaya volcano, which is constantly fertlizing their land with ashes rich in minerals. The soil is volcanic which creates a distinctive body to the cup. The entire coffee plantations rests completely under shade.
